We also provide selected geriatric care management services that can help those struggling with caring for aging parents. Services include:
- coordinate other needed health care services
- provide crisis management
- coordinate communications between health care providers & family members
- update family members by email or phone calls on a regular basis
- identify and assist with utilizing community resources
- act as the senior’s advocate while they are in the hospital
- assist with non-health-related tasks such as making arrangements for home maintenance and repairs
- make arrangements for installing home safety equipment
- provide NC-approved health care power of attorney and living will blank forms
Our services are designed around your needs. We can provide service for as little as 1 hour, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no commitment on your part – you can change or stop hours of service at any time. One of our registered nurses will help you determine which homecare services will be most beneficial to you.
