From light housekeeping to skilled nursing, Compassionate Home Care offers a full menu of services. Call for a free in-home evaluation. When you choose our service, our director of nursing will help you create a care plan that takes care of your health and personal needs, keeping you as independent as possible. If your needs change, we can easily re-adjust the plan to suit your new requirements.
Our services include:

Help with Daily Living
• Complete personal care – including hair and nail care
• Assistance with pre-poured medication
• Scheduling and escorting to medical and other appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Light housekeeping
• Preparing meals, assistance with eating
• Assistance with bill payment
• Letter writing/telephoning

Skilled Nursing Care
• Delivery of medication
• Performance of in-home medical procedures
• Continuous health assessment and evaluation
• Patient and family education

Compassionate Home Care screens our caregivers carefully for their capabilities and their compassion. PLUS, we offer continuity of care – which means that the caregiver you choose
remains with you for the duration of your care.

Our staff includes:
• Home-health Aides
• Certified Nursing Assistants
• Licensed Practical Nurses
• Registered Nurses

All our caregivers are:
• Subject to thorough background checks, including FBI checks
• Bonded
• Subject to your approval

Our Director of Nursing will help you determine what level of skill your situation requires. Then a caregiver will visit your home for an interview. You select the caregiver you like.
